Single-session classes are also available when spots remain (between $20 and $25).
Yin / Restorative / Therapeutic
Three complementary approaches combining movement, breath, and body awareness:
Yin Yoga
Deep, long-held poses that stretch connective tissues such as fascia and ligaments. Promotes relaxation, flexibility, and stress reduction.
Restorative Yoga
Gentle postures supported by props, allowing complete relaxation. Ideal for calming the nervous system, restoring energy, and releasing tension.
Therapeutic Yoga
A personalized approach that adapts to each individual’s breathing and needs. Helps relieve pain, improve posture, and promote physical and emotional balance.
Gentle Vinyasa
A fluid and meditative practice where each movement flows with the breath. Gentle Vinyasa builds strength, flexibility, and inner stability while fostering calm and grounding.
Chair Yoga
Accessible to everyone, chair yoga is practiced sitting or using a chair for support—perfect for those with limited mobility or in rehabilitation.
It enhances flexibility, strength, balance, and focus without requiring floor postures.
