Kwe! We would like to welcome you to the “ONHOÜA CHETEK8E” Traditional Huron Site. Open year round, the site gives visitors a unique opportunity to discover the history, culture and lifestyle of the Hurons from yesterday to today. A guide in traditional clothing will accompany you for a 45 minutes tour. We offer different activities such as packages for canoeing, storytelling, dance performances, arts and crafts, snowshoeing and archery. Several educational packages are also available. Our “NEK8ARRE” restaurant can accommodate 180 guests and features cuisine based on game and fish. Visit the “Le Huron” Shop which offers arts and crafts from various nations. Our site is appropriate for people with limited mobility and is located 20 minutes north of downtown Quebec.
