Reservation required for everyone including children from 0 to 5 years.
We suggest you arrive 10 minutes before the event to ensure that everything runs smoothly. It is imperative to respect your scheduled time, it is not possible to start earlier than the time scheduled on your ticket, even if you arrive in advance.
The Onhwa’ Lumina experience takes place even in rain. Trees help control water flow into the forest. We suggest you bring a raincoat. Umbrellas are not recommended as they can be detrimental to the experience of other participants. We will only cancel based on strong forecast of electrical storms or for safety reasons for our visitors and employees. If cancelled, the information will be posted on our Facebook page and by email, the same day. We advise consulting your emails 1 hour before your scheduled activity. We are working to notify you as soon as possible, but the experience may be cancelled last minute depending on the situation.
Refund
*This policy does not apply to rescheduled tickets following a cancellation for reasons beyond our control.
14 days prior to the date of the activity: No refund in all situations.
Beyond 14 days before the activity date: Refund available, you must contact customer service. Service fees are not refundable.
Cancellation for reasons beyond our control
Tickets will be postponed to a later date depending on your availability, no refund possible. Tickets have no expiration date and will remain valid until used.
Promotion
Promotions cannot be combined and cannot be applied to packages, service fees and/or parking.
