As siblings, Benjamin and Coralie founded INÉ Chocolat with a desire to showcase chocolate in a new light and to build a family business that truly reflects who we are.
We love creating unique, gourmet experiences based on French recipes—experiences centered on the joy of discovery, tasting, and sharing. All our creations are handcrafted with a commitment to quality and a desire to offer something truly extraordinary.
It was with this vision that we developed our Chocolate Mousse Bar concept, where chocolate lovers of all ages can take the time to savor a delicious treat right on the spot!
Benjamin has made chocolate both his profession and his passion for over 15 years. Today, he handcrafts every one of our treats, pouring all his expertise into each creation.
